Refund Policy

At Nafos Studios, we provide high-end, professional-grade Shopify themes and digital components designed for high-performance e-commerce. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Nature of Products & Final Sale
Due to the irrevocable and non-tangible nature of our digital assets (Shopify Themes, Liquid Components, and Design Files), all sales are final. Once the purchase is completed and the digital License Keys are issued via email, the product is deemed "opened" and "consumed." Nafos Studios does not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."

2. License Key Stewardship & Security
Upon a successful transaction, our automated system dispatches a unique License Key Package comprising:

Primary Domain Licenses (2 Keys)

Sub-domain/Staging Licenses (2 Keys)

Security Protocol: These keys are unique digital identifiers. The purchaser holds full responsibility for the secure storage of these keys. To maintain the integrity of our digital rights management (DRM), Nafos Studios does not re-issue or replace keys once delivery is confirmed by our mail servers. We strongly recommend immediate backup of your license keys in a secure environment (e.g., Password Manager).

3. "Skill-Gap" & Professional Support Alternatives
Our themes are engineered for professional use. We do not grant refunds based on a customer's lack of technical proficiency with the Shopify platform or Liquid coding.

Free Resources: Every purchase includes immediate access to a comprehensive library of video tutorials and documentation.

4. Eligibility for Refund (Strict Exceptions)
Refund requests are only reviewed under the following technical conditions, verified by our internal logs:

Non Delivery: If the automated delivery system fails to send the license keys/files within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team cannot manually resolve the delivery within an additional 24 hours.

Irreparable Technical Defect: If the theme exhibits a core functional bug that prevents it from operating on a standard Shopify environment, and our development team is unable to provide a fix or workaround within 7 business days of a formal report.

Duplicate Purchase: In the event of an accidental double transaction for the same product.

5. Bonus Content & Assets
Any "Gift" or "Bonus Content" delivered with the theme is provided "as-is" and carries no monetary value. The inclusion of these bonuses does not alter the non-refundable nature of the primary product.

6. Submission of Claims
To initiate a technical review, you must contact contact@nafos-studios.com using the email address associated with the purchase. You must provide:

-Order ID.

-Detailed description of the technical failure.

-High-resolution screenshots or video screen-recording of the issue.
