1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Nafos Studios storefront or purchasing our digital products, you (“The Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a strategic agreement between you and Nafos Studios regarding the use of our proprietary Shopify themes and digital assets.

2. Digital Goods & Delivery Architecture

Nature of Product: All products are strictly digital (Shopify OS 2.0 Themes / Custom Components). No physical media will be issued.

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment verification by our authorized Merchant of Record, you will receive an automated delivery containing the theme files, bonus assets, and video documentation.

License Keys: Your purchase includes a specific license package (Primary & Sub-domain keys). Activation is mandatory for software functionality.

3. Grant of License (Usage Rights)

Nafos Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased theme under the following conditions:

  • Scope: The license is valid for one (1) Primary Production Domain and one (1) Staging/Sub-domain as specified in your purchase tier.
  • Purpose: Personal or commercial use is permitted for your own business operations only.
  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from sub-licensing, reselling, redistributing, or “leaking” the source code or license keys to any third party or public repository.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All designs, code architecture, CSS/JS frameworks, and visual elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Nafos Studios.

No Transfer of Ownership: The purchase of a license does not constitute a sale of the underlying code.

Copyright Protection: Modification of the theme does not grant you ownership. You may not claim the original or modified design as your own work.

5. License Verification & Security

To protect our intellectual property, our themes utilize a proprietary license verification system.

Data Collection: During activation, we may verify your domain and IP address to ensure compliance with your license tier.

Termination: We reserve the right to revoke license keys and disable theme functionality immediately, without refund, if any breach of these terms (e.g., unauthorized redistribution) is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

“As-Is” Basis: Our themes are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the theme will be 100% compatible with all third-party Shopify apps.

Third-Party Platforms: Nafos Studios is an independent creative studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

Damages: In no event shall Nafos Studios be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Nafos Studios is registered and operates.

8. Legal & Corporate Identity

For legal and compliance purposes regarding our Merchant of Record (MoR) operations, Nafos Studios is legally represented by:
